My passion is to see my clients live happier healthier lives! My background includes an MD degree, plus many training certifications. This experience helps me identify when other factors are affecting your workout and movement patterns, so I can then guide you on how to deal with those issues. I enjoy figuring out how a client can incorporate fitness into their daily routine in a way that is fun and not just another chore. Let's get started improving your health and energy!

55 minute one-on-one training session - $75

As your trainer, I'll create a customized program just for you. Each session is customized to align with your unique goals, fitness level, and requirements. Whether you're aiming to improve strength, flexibility, or recover from an injury, my personalized approach will help get you to where you want to be.

Virtual Personal Training

30 minute virtual training session - $40

Join me for a 30-minute virtual personal training session. If you’ve got a busy life and can’t easily leave the house for hours out of the day, this might be for you! This service offers a convenient way to prioritize your fitness, without disrupting your schedule.

Consultation

20 minute consultation - FREE

During this session, we'll go over your fitness objectives, discuss your current fitness level, and explore how we can work together to create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
